The Promise is a 13' small high performance tunnel hull boat. It can acheive speeds up to 50 mph with a two-stroke 70hp engine. It is Coast Guard rated for up to 70 hp engine. This 4 passenger vessel is an air entrapment hull design and offers a smooth ride in rough water, with flat level high speed turning. This boat was designed by Ron Jones, Ted Jones, and Mike Biel in Seattle, WA in the 1990s. The boats were professionally hand laid up with fiberglass, polyester resin & foam coring and has an 18 gal built in fuel tank.
